Your continued use of Billways means you agree to the Terms below.
What are Billways's fees?
For card payments, including Apple Pay, payment processor Stripe collects 2.9% + 30¢. Billways collects 1%, up to a maximum of $5. You can choose to pass card fees onto your customer in settings.
For bank transfers, the fee is 1.6%, up to a maximum of $10.
What data does Billways collect?
To operate and service your account, Billways securely stores a minimum of information:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your account settings
- IDs that enable Billways to charge customers on your behalf
All of your account data, transactions, customers and any other information you provide is stored by Stripe, not Billways. With Stripe as the payment processor, neither you nor Billways sees or stores any of your customers' card or bank details.
What data rights do I have?
You have the right to delete all your personal information at any time. Send an email to support@billways.com with the subject line "DATA RIGHTS" specifying that you'd like your personal information deleted. Your request will be carried out within the required 30 days.
